"Guacy steps into any role with confidence and brings her best self to every challenge, consistently leaving those around her with something valuable—be it thoughtful advice, fresh insight, or the perfect words of encouragement at just the right moment. She has an incredible ability to uplift and motivate others.
One moment that really stuck with me was when I was considering joining Toastmasters. Guacy took the time to meet with me and openly shared her own journey. That conversation wasn’t just about public speaking—it was about embracing resilience, growth, and stepping into new opportunities with courage. It shifted my perspective in a profound way.
I would absolutely recommend Guacy to others. Whether she’s speaking, mentoring, or leading a new initiative, she brings a rare blend of confidence, authenticity, and wisdom. Anyone looking for a strong, impactful presence would be lucky to have her on their team."

"Guacy has always been a person who speaks from the heart. She is strong, loving, truthful, loyal, and have compassion for others. She takes joy in others being cared for, whether it is through cooking or counseling. Her work ethic is to give 110% of herself to the improvement of others. When she puts her mind into something, she sees the project all the way through with a desire to improve along the way. I have always admired her organization, determination, humbleness, and desire to grow into a better human. She has a spark of positivity that is contagious.
When you wanted to make sure my birthday was special because my previous birthday had been canceled due to COVID, she went through the effort of collecting videos and compiling a message for me to feel seen and recognized.
The other moment was her mental discipline when she chose to go into her spiritual transformation and embrace the philosophy of Buddhism. It was a time of clarity, discipline, and self-awareness that I believe was a major turning point that led her to where she is today. I do not believe many people would have the focus or clarity to use that way of life as a tool to gain strength, but she let it guide her to clarity.
I would recommend Guacy to people who feel the need to find guidance to clarify their inner purpose and self direction. She is not at this point in your life because she took classes and wanted to be Instagram famous.
The lessons she teaches and her programs have been an ever-evolving process because she have lived that transformation. She offers wisdom from what she has learned and guidance through she has experienced. She can take life stories and translate them into motivation and direction to help others transform their inner beliefs. She believes in what she does because she has lived through the transformation."

"Guacy story is an inspiration of resiliency, self-love, and vulnerability. It has brought me to be mindful of time and to spend it wisely.
Sometimes when I am working on a speech my thought process at times can be unorganized, Guacy asks the right questions to unwind and untangle the cells within my brain, allowing a beautiful flow of communication and organized ideas. I recommend Guacy to help you find and unravel the ideas that are currently dormant within you. Guacy style of communication is bold and to the point, her voice transcends, providing me to feel her journey through her story.
I can’t pick a specific topic however what comes to mind is a speech she shared at Amazon a year ago for Women@amazon. It was inspirational, not only did she share a part of her story but she provided the guide to overcome challenges."

"Guacy has been an incredible source of inspiration and guidance throughout my Toastmasters journey. From the moment we connected through the Gilbert Toastmasters Club, she’s been nothing short of a mentor, a motivator, and a steady anchor. Her encouragement, honest feedback, and generous mentorship have helped me grow—not just as a speaker, but as a person. She has a remarkable ability to bring out the best in people, guiding them with both heart and wisdom.
One moment that truly stands out was during the preparation for my international speech. I was filled with self-doubt, questioning whether my message was strong enough or if I was the right person to deliver it. Guacy looked me in the eye and said, “Your story matters—and the world needs your voice.” That simple yet powerful affirmation shifted everything for me. Her belief gave me the confidence to own my story and share it with authenticity. Because of her mentorship, I’ve gone on to win at the club, area, and division levels—and now I’m preparing to speak at the district level. I wouldn’t have made it this far without her unwavering support.
I’ve seen Guacy speak multiple times, and each time she commands the room with grace and strength. Her delivery is poised, heartfelt, and deeply intentional. What sets her apart is the way she connects—not just through words, but through presence. Every story she shares is rich with emotion, insight, and transformation. Watching her speak is like witnessing a masterclass in communication.
One of her speeches that made a lasting impact on me was about vulnerability and courage. She spoke about the power of telling your truth and how storytelling can be a healing force—not just for the listener, but for the speaker as well. That message hit home and was a major reason I found the courage to share my own experiences on stage.
Without a doubt, I would recommend Guacy to anyone. She is a mentor who leads with empathy, a speaker who inspires with authenticity, and a human being who uplifts everyone around her. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, public speaking mastery, or meaningful transformation, Guacy is the person you want by your side. Her generosity, insight, and sincerity make her truly one of a kind."

"Guacy has demonstrated what a passionate, goal-oriented individual can do to inspire others to achieve their goals. I witnessed this firsthand during a Toastmasters Speechcraft program hosted by a potential new club. With over 12 years of experience in Toastmasters myself, I was surprised and impressed by how much I still learned—new ideas, strategies, and practices that have made me a stronger leader.
One moment that stood out occurred during that same Speechcraft program. A meticulously planned meeting started to fall apart due to unexpected absences and missing functionaries. Despite the lack of technology and support, Guacy stepped in and orchestrated a superior presentation with incredible grace and poise. Her adaptability in challenging moments was inspiring and instructive.
I’ve had the opportunity to see Guacy speak in both clubs and workshop settings, and she is truly one of the most engaging individuals I’ve seen. Her delivery is authentic, confident, and charismatic. What makes her stand out is her ability to connect with audiences on a deep level—she speaks with conviction and heart, which leaves a lasting impression.
One especially impactful presentation was during the Toastmasters Leadership Institute, where Guacy shared insights on how to support and empower membership leaders. She emphasized the importance of connecting with potential members both intellectually and emotionally. Her message was clear: anyone can be a source of inspiration—personally or professionally—if they’re willing to show up for others.
I would highly recommend Guacy as a speaker for corporations, professional groups, and nonprofit organizations. Her ability to lead, inspire, and adapt makes her a powerful presence in any room."

"There was a time when I genuinely considered stepping away from Toastmasters. I felt discouraged and unsure of my place. But Guacy was the reason I stayed. Even though she had no obligation to do so, she consistently checked in on me at every meeting, making sure I was doing okay. That simple act of care meant more than I can express. Her warm presence, quiet leadership, and the way she led by example truly inspired me to keep going. She didn’t just encourage me—she gave me practical, actionable tips that helped me become a better speaker, and I still use those tips to this day. Watching her speak with such confidence and passion reminded me why I joined Toastmasters in the first place. She reignited the spark I had lost, and for that, I’ll always be grateful.
One moment that truly shifted my perspective was when she helped me identify the root cause of my struggle with public speaking: anxiety. It was such a simple yet powerful insight—something I hadn’t fully acknowledged myself. But what made the difference was that she didn’t just point it out—she gave me three actionable steps to work through it, including meditating for five minutes every morning. That guidance made a huge impact on me. It helped me realize that improving as a speaker starts with working on myself from within, and her support gave me a clear, practical path forward.
I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Guacy speak many times at our Toastmasters club—and she is truly a star. The confidence she carries on stage is remarkable. Her delivery is always well-paced, engaging, and impactful. What stands out most is her strength in evaluations—she clearly loves them, and it shows. She has an incredible ability to deliver feedback in a clear, concise, and constructive way. Her evaluations not only help speakers improve, they also inspire others to become better listeners and communicators. Her speaking style has left a lasting impression on me.
There was one speech in particular that really stayed with me. Guacy delivered a powerful talk on meditation—and what made it unforgettable was her commitment to the message. Embracing her Buddhist roots, she dressed as a monk and created a calming atmosphere with candles and props that immediately drew us in. She didn’t just talk about the value of meditation—she took it a step further and led us through a five-minute guided session. It was a beautiful, grounding experience that left a lasting impact, not just on me, but on everyone in the room.
Without a doubt, I would recommend Guacy to others. She is one of the best mentors anyone could ask for."

"I think the most impactful takeaway you left me with was just support and reinforcement of taking the extra step. Through repetition, encouragement, and reinforcement, I feel myself applying what I learned and observed from you in not only presentations, but in my everyday work life as well.
For me personally, I have always been a good communicator, but I struggled with speeches. After getting to work with you, I realized the reason I felt this was due to past experiences (trauma), and a lack of preparation. When I prepared and felt confident in the information, everything else flowed naturally.
I got to see you speak at weekly workshops/seminars where you covered different aspects and facets of speaking/presenting. What stood out the most to me was how effective you are at educating, while still being organic, and personable. A lot of speakers can be educational, or persuasive, but oftentimes feel inorganic or forced when it comes to the finer details. Things like meaningful gestures, use of stage, or crowd work. A common analogy I use for this would be when speakers 'check boxes'. Talk with your hands... check, make eye contact... check. You can feel them do things maybe unnatural to who they are—and the audience feels it. You were always natural, and never made me feel anything you did was forced.
I think the workshop that stood out to me the most was the one where you spoke about what you could do, and what you did do. Making decisions is tough, but being self-aware enough to understand yourself and your audience is tougher. It takes a level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness most don’t bother with. Hearing you speak about your education on a topic such as trauma, and hear how you construct your presentations for effectiveness—potentially leaving out data and facts, instead focusing on connections and effectiveness. Always paying attention to your audience and being confident in making those decisions on what was best for the here and now, and not just what was prepared.
Absolutely, I would recommend you. Feedback is often tough to receive, and even tougher to apply. When you provided me feedback, you created trust, where I knew your intent was to help me develop, which then allowed me to move past insecurities. Having someone open and honest, while still providing skills and fundamentals really showcased your effectiveness. I feel absolutely confident referring others to you knowing you would live up to the expectations you have let me place on you. Dependable, reliable, professional, relatable, and a great speaker and mentor!"
